FALL ETIQUETTE SESSION

Service Description

Etiquette is a path to confidence. It is a way to feel at ease in social situations. Grasping the importance of a smile, a firm handshake, basic dining skills and good manners are life lessons. Each lesson will prepare the child for a 4-course meal. Dates: Oct. 8th - 11th (For the 8th - 10th each session is 1 hour & 30 minutes. For the 11th, our 4-Course Meal is a 2 hour session). Time: Oct. 8th - 10th: 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Oct. 11th: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. LESSON 1: The Knife (Proper introductions, Conversation skills, Eye contact, Effective handshakes), a roll and light bites will be served to practice with the knife. LESSON 2: The Spoon (two courses -roll, soup & dessert) LESSON 3: The Fork & Table Setting (two courses - roll, salad & "challenge" meal item), American vs. Continental Style Dining, & Writing Thank You Notes. LESSON 4: Four-Course Dinner (Public Speaking Skills & Certificate Presentation) Space is limited to 10 children per session. 10% Sibling Discount offered. A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance will be sent to you in an invoice and must be paid before the session. **If your child has special needs or social anxiety, we recommend booking a 1-on-1 or Lunch & Learn class for a more comfortable and personalized experience.
